This can also help reduce the cost of securing your network. Benefits: As part of our security in depth approach, our Virus Scanning Services uses multiple virus scanners to scan your e-mail. Each virus scanner presents its own strengths and weaknesses. This means no single virus scanner can fully protect against all possible threats. By simultaneously using multiple virus scanners we can achieve much higher security than is possible with only one virus scanner. Our use of multiple virus scanners also enables us to be vendor independent and use the best virus scanners available on the market. To further improve virus detection rates, our system checks for virus signature updates multiple time daily. This combination gives us exceptionally high detection rates and helps prevent new viruses from escaping detection.
